Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for:

​

* New clients who cannot provide recent verification or references (within the last six months). A valid photo ID may also be required for verification.

* Clients who have previously canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and wish to rebook.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your appointment and reserve your scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules can change, and I appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.

​

* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.

* If a deposit was paid and you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if it is booked within 30 days.

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require a deposit and cancellation fee before any future appointment can be booked.

* If a deposit was paid, cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of that deposit.

* Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments may be required to prepay or may be declined future bookings at my discretion.

 

Travel

Fly Me To You (FMTY) visits are always available, although I do not maintain a regular touring schedule.

I am available to travel to Tucson and Sedona by arrangement. Travel to other locations may be possible, but all travel expenses must be covered by you and will require a travel deposit prior to departure.
